KFBD Terms & Conditions — Know before you join

1 General Terms

KFBD (https://kfbd.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between KFBD and its members. 3 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on KFBD:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, KFBD reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Any attempt to benefit from match-fixing or other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

• Maximum bet limits vary by game and market, and KFBD may adjust them at any time.

In Live Casino games, the real dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, KFBD reserves the right to resume or void the game.

6 KYC & Identity Verification

• Transacting through money laundering or illegal funds.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

KFBD may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of terms & conditions violations.
• In cases of KYC verification failure.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• In cases of prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).

To voluntarily close your account, please contact support. Any pending bets will be settled before closure, and any remaining balance will be returned through the designated method — unless the account is being closed due to a breach of these Terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

KFBD is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by faults in third-party software or devices.
• Consequences of a personal decision to wager beyond your approved limits.
• Security breaches resulting from the user's own negligence.
